NO-GO for public deployment/live receiving. This is a locally verified release candidate. No personal domain deployment, production database, real accounts or real external email was used. Default configuration remains preview, setup closed, all release checks false and notifications inactive.

Completed targeted corrections

• Exact five supplied social destinations, including YouTube @AmitoshKSharma. Authentic Font Awesome Free 7.3.1 brand glyph paths, bundled locally with licence and source register. Explicit CMS destination fields remain independent of the display handle.
• Exact owner portrait placed only on Home/About. Source1122×1402; proportional WebP widths360/400/800/1122. Home400×500 and About360×450 at desktop; responsive4:5. No person regeneration or retouching. One owner-supplied media record, ordinary selected-use replacement and reference protection.
• Shared coloured Call/WhatsApp/Telegram component. Phone and WhatsApp destinations exact; Telegram icon and number remain nonclickable because no exact Telegram destination was supplied.
• Other Investment Options keeps its route/menu name. Fixed Income & Alternatives introduces10 ordered cards, SIF fifth. Compact provider/liquidity/cost/risk questions and FAQs retained; one enquiry CTA label. No category availability, return, tax or minimum-ticket promises.
• Commodity Markets is a subsection of Stocks/Demat. Relevant contextual links, search data, current metadata and SEO workbook updated. All17 routes/legacy anchors and six-service order retained.
• Owner-only email notification queue implemented. Enquiry and queue commit together; a bounded SMTP attempt follows acceptance. Failures do not cancel the enquiry receipt. Status/retry controls are owner-only; uncertain acknowledgements require review. No visitor auto-replies or cross-venture forwarding.
• Safe existing-install update creates10 protected page drafts and narrowly scoped shared social fields. It refuses changed content/private drafts/stale plans; it does not reseed or replace users/enquiries. Owner compares, previews and publishes; prior revisions remain.

Current system and data

17 core pages;710 initial page blocks;59 shared blocks;9 forms;12 contextual illustrations plus1 supplied portrait;5 Illustrative gallery records. Migrations001/002 unchanged;003 adds14-column enquiry_notifications. Total22 tables/198 columns. Fonts/icons/palette and five calculator assumptions retained.

Fresh execution evidence

• PHP8.3.6 Ubuntu vendor build and MariaDB10.11.14; isolated DML-only application user and synthetic owner/delegates. Runtime package/build versions are recorded, not a target patch-currency certification.
• 40 core plus23 extended PHP/database checks passed on the final seeded source. Rollback, concurrency, authorisation, private drafts/media, XLSX strings, retention/holds, encrypted restore and deletion/note suppression continuity exercised.
• 44 inherited HTTP workflow checks passed with real local PHP HTML/JSON requests, including lost-COMMIT/network outcomes. Six additional correction HTTP cases passed: exact icons/URLs, portrait/media,10 cards, all9 native no-JS forms, new owner-only actions and independent CMS URL fields.
• 12 new notification integration checks passed using synthetic loopback SMTP. Actual pre-DATA rejection, lost post-DATA acknowledgement, queue-write rollback, post-SMTP status failure, maintenance deferral, changed recipient, concurrent duplicate and latest-ledger restore exercised. No Outlook email sent.
• Five scoped existing-install update checks passed, including missing portrait import, draft-only publication, stale/private-draft conflict and safe media references.
• Calculator regression:10 numerical cases,3 invalid inputs,6 independent boundary assertions. Calculation implementation/assumptions unchanged.
• Chrome internal desktop and375px iframe geometry reviewed on all17 pages: no horizontal overflow or broken loaded images. About inherited3:2 crop conflict found and fixed; final desktop dimensions verified360×450; Home400×500. Gallery filter/viewer/Escape/focus return and SIF search executed.
• Current SEO workbook imported/edited/exported with rendered inspection. All17 title/description limits verified; stable slugs retained. Offline extraction/link/asset checks recorded separately.

The original64-case matrix remains56 local Pass and8 Partial; actual-host statuses all Unverified. Fresh checks do not erase compound requirements or historical environment limits.

Limits and release blockers

Actual provider/destination/access, maintained host versions/extensions/grants/routing/TLS, real accounts/recovery, personal-site privacy/retention/processor/mailbox decisions, maintenance/key/backup custody and recovery objectives are unresolved. Professional-record validity/capacity requires publication evidence.

Authenticated browser CMS walkthrough was not completed in this environment; actual HTML forms were submitted over HTTP with private synthetic credentials. Physical devices, Safari/Firefox and interactive Microsoft Excel remain unverified. Earlier independent MySQL8.0.46, local HTTPS and LibreOffice round-trip evidence is historical, not re-executed for this release.

Read Current_QA_Summary.json and the per-case Current_* files. Test-only fixtures, accounts, passwords, captures and databases are excluded. SMTP settings are examples with no secrets. An SMTP accepted status means the sending server accepted the message, not inbox delivery. A website receipt means a committed enquiry, not an appointment/provider decision.

Developer / owner next actions

• Extract and review START_HERE.html; retain this ZIP as the authoritative current candidate. Historical reports are clearly scoped.
• Follow Current_Install_Update_and_Rollback; fresh install and existing-install update are different procedures. Never reseed an existing database.
• Establish G01–G06 privately, configure the approved sending service and verify Outlook delivery with synthetic data. No passwords/keys in chat.
• Repeat relevant tests on the selected actual staging host, complete browser/device/Excel/owner UAT, approve operational/privacy wording and demonstrate ordinary CMS use.
• Only after documented GO and explicit destination/access authorisation: take independent encrypted backup/latest ledger, rehearse restore, use reversible cutover and verify. No deployment was performed here.

The final overall outcome is not claimed as live/production-ready while these material gates remain unresolved.
